Are ziplining tours still available in the rain?Absolutely! Rain can add an extra element of excitement to your ziplining adventure. Our tours operate during light rain, providing you with a unique and unforgettable experience. If rain is too heavy, we try to reschedule with the group on site.

Do I need to book?Booking in advance is recommended! To guarantee your spot and avoid disappointment, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. You can easily book your ziplining tour on our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Who can participate in our ziplining adventure?Our ziplining adventure is accessible to a wide range of participants. We do have some age, height, and weight restrictions in place for safety reasons. Children must be at least 30 kgs (60 lbs). Maximum weigh is 130 kgs (280 lbs). Children 10 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All children under 18 years of age will need parental or a guardian’s consent.

How long is the tour?The duration of our ziplining tour can vary depending on the specific tour you choose. On average, most tours take approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete. You'll have plenty of time to soak in the adrenaline and stunning Costa Rican scenery.

What do I wear?Please dress comfortably in attire suitable for outdoor activities, and ensure you wear fully enclosed shoes with sturdy soles. Avoid wearing flip-flops, open-toed shoes, or any slip-on footwear. Additionally, if you have long hair, kindly tie it back, and it's advisable to remove any jewelry for your safety.
